We are seeking a Landscape Installation Foreman to oversee the Installation of outdoor spaces and manage our dedicated team of installers. This is a full-time role for someone with strong expertise in landscaping, a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship, and the ability to lead a team to success.

· Have a solid skill set and experience in managing landscaping projects
Primary Responsibilities:
· Oversee the daily operations of landscape installation projects and crew
· Ensure all projects are completed on budget and meet the client’s expectations
· Delegate tasks and ensure the effective use of tools and equipment
· Assess progress, make recommendations, and ensure timely project completion
· Enforce health and safety regulations on-site
· Conduct inventory checks and ensure proper equipment maintenance
· Provide training sessions for team development
Requirements:
· High school diploma (degree in horticulture or related field preferred)
· At least 3 + years of proven work experience in Landscape construction or similar role
· Previous leadership and Team Management experience
· Experience running work crews efficiently and safely
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Mass Hoisting license within 1 year of date of hire
· Class A driver’s license within 1 year of date of hire
· Must be dependable, punctual with a strong work ethic
· Ability to work outside in all weather (will need work boots)
· Be a team player working with a diverse group of people
· Speak and write English clearly
· Possess basic “landscaping” and social Spanish vocabulary
Preferred Experience:
· Horticulture degree or equiv. experience
· Plant knowledge – tree, shrub, perennial
· Ornamental pruning
· Lighting, drainage, masonry
· Design, layout experience
· Equipment operation and maintenance
· Scheduling and estimating Excellent communication skills. Ability to speak and understand English
Additional Information
· Job Title: Landscape Installation Foreperson
· Work Environment: Outside in all types of weather must be willing to work at least one weekend day and some holidays.

· Pay Range: $35 – $40 per Hour BOE
· Location: Hopkinton
