Online: Essential Oils for Relaxation

Essential Oils for Relaxation: In this class you will learn about essential oil combinations for diffusers, nasal inhalers, and massage oils that induce relaxation. We will practice making blends for two of the discussed topics. Please have on hand: Lavender Essential oil, Ylang Ylang Essential oil, and Roman Chamomile. AND/OR Rosemary essential oil, lavender essential oil, and peppermint essential oil.

Please have a carrier oil of choice for the massage blend (coconut oil, jojoba, or sweet almond oil) If no oils on hand, do not fret! You can copy the formula and instructions for later!

Instructor Bio:
Christina owns and runs, CC’s Essentials where she formulates and creates all the products. She has owned a level one certification in Aromatherapy from the School of Aromatic Studies, as well as her herbal medicine certification and wellness consulting certification from the American College of Healthcare Sciences. She is currently enrolled and earning her degree as a holistic nutritionist from there as well.
