Grass -- Fountain Grass

Clumping grass. Forms a mound of arching green leaves. Cream-colored foxtail-like inflorescences in late summer turn silvery in autumn and winter. Leave standing for winter interest. Cut back in spring before new growth starts. Adaptable to the seashore. Ideal for the small garden. Deer resistant. Full sun. Spacing: 12--18".
