Bright rose flowers with yellow centers and slightly curved petals, September–October. Long green hairy leaves. Best in soil that is fertile and well drained. Less prone to mildew than A. novi-belgii. Excellent cut flower. Divide every 2–3 years in spring. Spacing: 24".
