Delicate and upright growing with fine-textured spreading branches, forming a rounded crown. Distinctive golden brown fissured bark, slightly exfoliating on young stems. Dark green leaves turn yellow and scarlet in late fall, often with a rosy pinkish cast. Very choice. 2008 Cary Award winner.
