A Letter from the President

April 2008

Greetings!

For decades, the people at Weston Nurseries have been known for their knowledge and enthusiasm about gardening. Our customers have relied on our staff to answer questions about plants, gardening, and the wide range of dependable products we carry.

In recent years, we have expanded our selection of hardy trees, shrubs, and perennials, and expanded the display area to make room for more annuals and patio plants. We have created a garden-like shopping experience with pre-planted containers, decorative planters, fountains, outdoor furniture, and unique garden décor.

We just launched this new website so that you can rely on us from your home as an informational source for all topics related to horticulture and gardening in New England. Most exciting is our new Plant Library which serves as an on-line reference for most of the plants we offer. We think this is the best source for hardy plant information for New England. It includes reliable pictures and you have the ability to search for plants that meet the criteria you define. For example, you can filter out all deciduous shrubs that bloom in June in partly shaded areas For plant sizes and prices, please pick up a 2008 Catalog at the Garden Center or download a PDF of the catalog.
This website should be easy to navigate, explore, and find what you are looking for. Use it to inquire about upcoming seminars, look for other horticultural destinations in the area, seek specific gardening tips, sign up for our e-newsletter, or simply get store hours and directions. If you have any suggestions on how we can make the website even better, please let us know.

Whether you visit us in person, call us by phone, or visit us on-line, Weston Nurseries is committed to providing you with the most accurate and dependable advice when it comes to landscaping.

But please take time to visit us in person because there is nothing better than visiting "our garden" to inspire you about your garden.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Peter Mezitt
