"Amy Booth says she has never won anything in her life, so she was just floored when she learned she won the grand prize in the Sell By Design Contest that was sponsored by Hallmark Sotheby's International Realty in Hopkinton, Weston Nurseries in Hopkinton, Gilmore Building Co. in Grafton, and Phillips Design of Concord."

Amy, who lives in Grafton, will receive $50,000 worth of home improvements, including landscaping by Weston Nurseries designed to increase curb appeal.
